Angelo Mikeldi hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Genaro Rufio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Valentin Firme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Roano in the 15th minute of the match. Angelo Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Valentin Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genaro Rufio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Palermo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Rufio came free, but Honorio Tallia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Real Napoleón F.C. booed when Palermo F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Roano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafin Mambru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Tallia having to interfere. The throw-in from Severino Cefero in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Real Napoleón F.C.'s Fabio Telesforo. After having played for 47 minutes, Serafin Mambru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Napoleón F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafin Mambru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romeo Donostia to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Real Napoleón F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Cuartio. In the 54th minute, Real Napoleón F.C.'s Matias Pero seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Matias Pero the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Real Napoleón F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Matias Pero had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 56th minute there was a penalty for Palermo F.C. Braulio Gelacio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Valentin Firme. 0-2. Severino Cefero made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aureliano Roano immediately put the ball in play. Genaro Rufio took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Honorio Tallia. Honorio Tallia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Real Napoleón F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Romeo Donostia scored to the left of an out of position Valentin Firme, making the score, 1-3. Valentin Firme came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo F.C's Romeo Donostia. But to his dismay, Romeo Donostia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. If Fabio Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Firme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Donostia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafin Mambru's late challenge caught a Palermo F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafin Mambru helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, Genaro Rufio made a precise shot to the right of Honorio Tallia. Palermo F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Rufio in the 80th minute of play forced Palermo F.C's goalkeeper Honorio Tallia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Rufio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Honorio Tallia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Cefero charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severino Cefero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Palermo F.C getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Severino Cefero hit a great ball. In the 99th minute of the match Eustaquio Gartxot shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorio Tallia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
