After 60 played minutes Ancón got a freekick which was hit by Roque Ugutz. Daniel Mendez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Froilan Romo. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ancón's goalkeeper Froilan Romo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eugenio Lapurdi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Froilan Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Cordarrol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paolo Cordarrol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chapaleofú's Paolo Cordarrol got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Froilan Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Cordarrol, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Fernando Nikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Froilan Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Cordarrol in the 90th minute of play. Froilan Romo came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Chapaleofú's Paolo Cordarrol. But to his dismay, Paolo Cordarrol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.
