Chatruc FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quequén FC the free kick. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dionisio Demario was the one to do the kick off. When Dionisio Demario fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quequén FC's protests and gave Dionisio Demario a yellow card for diving instead. Dionisio Demario hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Quequén FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Pes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Constancio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Godofredo Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godofredo Pes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Honorato Constancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimiro Urdin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santos Oro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Dabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Victor Jobo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Teodoro Tonete kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Chatruc FC's Pablo Azevedo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Severiano Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
