The referee ignored Chapaleofú's protests and gave Elvio Elixio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chapaleofú's Elvio Elixio got a free kick in the 15th minute. A hard shot 17 in the game by Anibal Donzel from a close distance when the talented Mateo Mirande managed to make a qualified save. Chapaleofú's players were relieved. In the 18th minute Anibal Donzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Mirande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Argider's late challenge caught a Chapaleofú's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Argider helped the player get up and apologised. Leopoldo Argider kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Filiberto Bertran kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Anibal Donzel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anibal Donzel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateo Mirande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. But to his dismay, Anibal Donzel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernando Nikola to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Marcos Hermon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Linfocitos Té's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcos Hermon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Mirande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Chapaleofú's Gavino Sanduru got a free kick in the 55th minute. Leopoldo Argider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Mateo Mirande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gavino Sanduru fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chapaleofú's protests and gave Gavino Sanduru a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Linfocitos Té booed when Chapaleofú was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Sanduru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Anibal Donzel made a precise shot to the right of Mateo Mirande. Chapaleofú's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 64th minute Anibal Donzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Mirande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Mirande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Donzel, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Javier Gaur kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Aquilino Tabor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Nikola in the 70th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Terry Faulkner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Hermon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mateo Mirande having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Donzel in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Mirande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the game, Linfocitos Té's Anibal Donzel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateo Mirande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Anibal Donzel took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Mirande. Mateo Mirande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Fernando Nikola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Aquilino Tabor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Linfocitos Té's Aquilino Tabor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Nikola in the 96th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Argider in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateo Mirande saved Chapaleofú from getting behind.
