El cocomo FC's Celedonio Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Lizbeth in the 3rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Andres Lizbeth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canque's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Lizbeth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celedonio Lamberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego Dalmai kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. When Canque's Vicente Bernal in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El cocomo FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Bernal in the 8th minute of play forced El cocomo FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Lamberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Loreto kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Canque's Aaron Napier tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Celedonio Lamberto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Bernal's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. The audience was convinced that Vicente Bernal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celedonio Lamberto was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Andres Lizbeth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Lamberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 27th minute, Antonio Matia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alejandro Bembe. The goal made the score 1-1. Andres Lizbeth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Celedonio Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Antonio Matia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Lizbeth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Lamberto having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Bernal in the 46th minute of play forced El cocomo FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Lamberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Canque's Andres Lizbeth in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El cocomo FC's goalie prevented a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vicente Bernal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vicente Bernal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente Bernal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Celedonio Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in El cocomo FC's zone, Vicente Bernal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celedonio Lamberto came out of the goal and Vicente Bernal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Bernal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Celedonio Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Lamberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Bernal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Canque getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Israel Matthew hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Canque's Vicente Bernal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celedonio Lamberto. That made the score 1-2 after 90 minutes of play. When Andres Lizbeth came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Canque fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Lizbeth couldn't finish the play. Andres Lizbeth in the 97thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Celedonio Lamberto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Canque played a much better game than El cocomo FC and deserved their victory. The El cocomo FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
