Improvised Revenge
Spectators: 7218 (Terracing: 5415, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Roberto Cesaro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Improvisados FC's goalkeeper Julian Oihenarte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aquiles Oliviero's late challenge caught a Carlsen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquiles Oliviero helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Improvisados FC's Aquiles Oliviero got a free kick in the 9th minute. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Maximiliano Macario sped through Improvisados FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julian Oihenarte. In the 14th minute, Maximiliano Macario left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carlsen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Julian Oihenarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Macario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Maximiliano Macario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Carlsen's Roberto Cesaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julian Oihenarte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Roberto Cesaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Julian Oihenarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Oihenarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Macario in the 31st minute of play. After having played for 39 minutes, Maximiliano Macario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carlsen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Macario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 played minutes Carlsen got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Cesaro. The audience was convinced that Samuel Lobo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven Borgman was relentless in the 46th minute of the game.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Lobo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Maximiliano Macario came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Carlsen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Macario couldn't finish the play. Americo Pero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Julian Oihenarte when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 60 minutes into the match, Improvisados FC's Samuel Lobo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven Borgman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sven Borgman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Lobo in the 63rd minute of play. In the 68th minute Roberto Cesaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Oihenarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Theodore's late challenge caught a Carlsen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
