Feliberto Jokin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Abecia in the 15th minute of play. If Hugo Abecia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonel Camerino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliberto Jokin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Uriel Berdoi made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Humberto Orlan sent off a good shot on target. Feliberto Jokin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Abecia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonel Camerino scored 1-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliberto Jokin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hugo Abecia struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Feliberto Jokin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Lapala. Wilburys's Feliberto Jokin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Abecia in the 30th minute of play. If Hugo Abecia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

After having played for 52 minutes, Erubiel Inocente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Lapala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Inocente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Wilburys's zone, Leonel Camerino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Jokin came out of the goal and Leonel Camerino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Abecia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Jokin having to interfere. Feliberto Jokin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Camerino, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Feliberto Jokin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Camerino in the 68th minute of the match. A hard shot 70 in the game by Hugo Abecia from a close distance when the talented Feliberto Jokin managed to make a qualified save. Wilburys's players were relieved. Deportivo Lapala's Leonel Camerino got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Leonel Camerino took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Feliberto Jokin to make any attempt to save it. Hugo Abecia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Jokin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Camerino in the 88th minute of play. Ulises Bilintx hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Hugo Abecia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliberto Jokin having to make a save.
