Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robustiano Benino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiro Ciceron having to make a save. In the 9thth minute of the game Robustiano Benino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olavarría AFC's Ramiro Ciceron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Bernabel in the 17th minute of play forced Cornurbano FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Innocenzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Bernabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Innocenzio having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Robustiano Benino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro Ciceron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Muno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aaron Otsoa charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Otsoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cornurbano FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Olavarría AFC a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eusebio Su, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cornurbano FC's Aureliano Innocenzio. 0-1. After the first half Olavarría AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Robustiano Benino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Ciceron. Olavarría AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robustiano Benino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 65th match minute, Olavarría AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Su to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Robustiano Benino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramiro Ciceron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Muno in the 68th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Robustiano Benino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramiro Ciceron was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 79thth minute of the game Robustiano Benino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olavarría AFC's Ramiro Ciceron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ramiro Ciceron didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robustiano Benino went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Modesto Tomi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Ciceron having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Cornurbano FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
