Herminio Viator struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Mauro Eron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tambillos AFC. After a defensive mix-up in Spinn FC's zone, Herminio Viator stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Eron came out of the goal and Herminio Viator tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, one of Tambillos AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tambillos AFC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Urdaspal in the 26th minute of play forced Tambillos AFC's goalkeeper Amancio Eduino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Llorenc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conrado Marino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mauro Eron. Spinn FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermegildo Urdaspal to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Tambillos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Urdaspal came free, but Amancio Eduino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado Celio charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado Celio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Conrado Celio hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Tambillos AFC's Aaron Behe got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 88th minute Herminio Viator shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Eron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Victorino Berenguer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermegildo Urdaspal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Eduino having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tambillos AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Spinn FC.
