Spectators: 7218 (Terracing: 5415, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) After a defensive mix-up in Ayajaso's zone, Cristobal Blai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Sotero came out of the goal and Cristobal Blai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ayajaso's Teofilo Feliu got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ayajaso's goalkeeper Jacobo Sotero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristobal Blai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 11 played minutes Ayajaso got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Feliu. 13 minutes into the match, Los Pollos Hermanos's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Mazuste came free, but Sergio Gilabert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agustin Roland during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ayajaso booed when Los Pollos Hermanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Medina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sergio Gilabert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Astor Mazuste's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. When Facundo Cordaro fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ayajaso's protests and gave Facundo Cordaro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Astor Mazuste got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sergio Gilabert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Cordarin in the 30th minute of play. Jacobo Sotero made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Prospero Erruki sent off a good shot on target. 39 minutes into the game, Conrado Fagondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Pollos Hermanos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ayajaso the free kick. After a rather tough play, Los Pollos Hermanos's Conrado Fagondo got a free kick in the 39th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Bernardo Cordarin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayajaso's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Cordarin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergio Gilabert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sergio Gilabert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Astor Mazuste's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristobal Blai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Los Pollos Hermanos's Sergio Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Mazuste in the 51st minute of play. Ovidio Markel kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristobal Blai in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Sotero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Blai in the 72nd minute of play forced Ayajaso's goalkeeper Jacobo Sotero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ayajaso getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Bernardo Cordarin hit a great ball. Jacobo Sotero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Blai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Bernardo Cordarin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
