The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Maurito FC. The Maurito FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Taringa FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnaldo Videl to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Taringa FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Luisito Nalo hit a great ball. After 53 played minutes, Maurito FC's Atilano Cordero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Filiberto Arixo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maurito FC reached it. Filiberto Arixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Videl in the 55th minute of the match. Celedonio Tonete struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Diego Valerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taringa FC. Celedonio Tonete in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Taringa FC's Jacobo Maiorga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Diego Valerio. That made the score 0-2 after 92 minutes of play.
