Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zeledon Urtun started the match with the kick off. Alfonso Gonsalvo struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Maximiliano Bermudez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yeso. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Zeledon Urtun sped through Sida Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximiliano Bermudez. Paulo Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Mergildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Zeledon Urtun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximiliano Bermudez was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 17th match minute, Sida Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Abarca to maneuver through the defense. Alfonso Gonsalvo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Maximiliano Bermudez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Sida Futbol Club getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Epifanio Abarca hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Sida Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Urtun came free, but Maximiliano Bermudez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Urtun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Bermudez having to interfere. If Zeledon Urtun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Maximiliano Bermudez managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Yeso's Alfonso Gonsalvo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sida Futbol Club's Antonio Mergildo got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximiliano Bermudez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonso Gonsalvo in the 49th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Paulo Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Mergildo in the 53rd minute of play. After 55 played minutes Yeso got a freekick which was hit by Mario Amato. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Amato during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes, Sida Futbol Club's Gilberto Maties shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulo Costa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sida Futbol Club reached it. When Zeledon Urtun, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 62 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Maximiliano Bermudez was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Sida Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Gonsalvo came free, but Maximiliano Bermudez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfonso Gonsalvo in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximiliano Bermudez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfonso Gonsalvo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 83 minutes of play, Yeso's Zeledon Urtun made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximiliano Bermudez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 89 played minutes Sida Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Tonio. Zeledon Urtun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Mergildo in the 98th minute.
