Spectators: 7179 (Terracing: 5441, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 70) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lucio Locaio took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Niceto Dolcet fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moores's protests and gave Niceto Dolcet a yellow card for diving instead. Moores's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fidel Ibar in the 14th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Moores's zone, Ivan Feliu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Gonzo came out of the goal and Ivan Feliu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Moores's Cesar Fortun got a free kick in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that Lino Santo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Gonzo was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Moores's zone, Ivan Feliu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Gonzo came out of the goal and Ivan Feliu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haroldo Gau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Isidro Odilon made a huge save. After having played for 26 minutes, Lucio Locaio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Locaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Haroldo Gau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Isidro Odilon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 30 minutes, Severo Perutxo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severo Perutxo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Haroldo Gau made a precise shot to the right of Isidro Odilon. Vallimanca FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Mario Gonzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Feliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Gau got free with Isidro Odilon in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vallimanca FC's Isidro Odilon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Locaio in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Moores getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Patricio Chesus hit a great ball. Mario Gonzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Santo in the 43rd minute of play. When Vallimanca FC's Ivan Feliu in 45 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Mario Gonzo guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Lucio Locaio came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Moores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Locaio couldn't finish the play. Vallimanca FC's Isidro Odilon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Locaio in the 62nd minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Ivan Feliu notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Moores's Mario Gonzo. Mario Gonzo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Haroldo Gau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Ivan Feliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Gonzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Patricio Chesus came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Moores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Chesus couldn't finish the play. Lucio Locaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Odilon having to interfere. The supporters of Moores booed when Vallimanca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Petri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haroldo Gau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Vallimanca FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vallimanca FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
