Adrian Urti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute Adrian Urti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vázques's Reynaldo Ulizes got a free kick in the 15th minute. Feliberto Bernabel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Jacinto Saturnin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Esteve Iliana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Fiorentina's Vinicio Erasto got a free kick in the 67th minute. If Abel Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74thth minute of the game Feliberto Bernabel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fiorentina's Jacinto Saturnin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Abel Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Feliberto Bernabel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vázques's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Bernabel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Saturnin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Breogan's late challenge caught a Fiorentina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Breogan helped the player get up and apologised. After 88 played minutes Vázques got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Breogan. Florentino Mel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esteve Iliana's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. With an all-out effort, Fiorentina's Florentino Mel threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Esteve Iliana, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Vinicio Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. If Abel Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
