In the 8th minute, Angelo Meder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Wilfredo Izel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14thth minute of the game Horacio Dalmai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Banda del Sur's Aristides Pelayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 21 minutes of play, La Banda del Sur's Wilfredo Izel made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rosendo Meder was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute, Anselmo Veronica left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Banda del Sur fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. ESTABLISHMENT Risorgiment's Horacio Dalmai got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute there was a penalty for La Banda del Sur. Higinio Artal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rosendo Meder. 3-0. In the 36th minute, Anselmo Veronica made a precise shot to the right of Rosendo Meder. ESTABLISHMENT Risorgiment's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After 39 played minutes La Banda del Sur got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Cordarin. Horacio Dalmai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natalio Larpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Pelayo having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horacio Dalmai was the one to do the kick off. Aristides Pelayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Natalio Larpe went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Rene Gorbea charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rene Gorbea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ESTABLISHMENT Risorgiment's Rene Gorbea got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute of the match Higinio Artal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rosendo Meder showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wilfredo Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Meder having to interfere. Anselmo Veronica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Rosendo Meder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Anselmo Veronica cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Rosendo Meder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rosendo Meder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Izel in the 72nd minute of play. When Horacio Dalmai came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the ESTABLISHMENT Risorgiment fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Dalmai couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute, Horacio Dalmai made a precise shot to the right of Aristides Pelayo. La Banda del Sur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. In the 82nd minute Wilfredo Izel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Meder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Meder got free with Aristides Pelayo in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Natalio Larpe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Aristides Pelayo made a huge save. For all the effort they put into the match, the ESTABLISHMENT Risorgiment players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for La Banda del Sur.
