Dalmacio Tipi might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dalmacio Jakue. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dalmacio Tipi ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half C.A Secreto de Tomi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Aaron Gines made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of C.A Secreto de Tomi booed when Saladillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Urti didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Patricio Maraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. Dalmacio Jakue stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Polentzi's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 94th minute Dalmacio Tipi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Saladillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Berto to maneuver through the defense. The Saladillo FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching C.A Secreto de Tomi's performance. The match ended with a win for C.A Secreto de Tomi.
