Spectators: 6741 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 20) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Godofredo Lohitzun started the match with the kick off. Guanaco FC's Teobaldo Pere got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Astor Mouricio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Lohitzun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Octavio Barros notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Guanaco FC's Florentino Ostadar. Florentino Ostadar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 27 minutes, Marcelo Iaki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guanaco FC and the Chacho F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcelo Iaki hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Guanaco FC's Florentino Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Dalmu in the 29th minute of play. Astor Mouricio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Lohitzun in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Cayetano Quinto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chacho F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guanaco FC the free kick. After 34 played minutes Chacho F.C got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Quinto. Teobaldo Pere could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Astor Mouricio made a huge save. Astor Mouricio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Arixo in the 37th minute. Chacho F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Teodoro Sotil scored to the left of an out of position Astor Mouricio, making the score, 1-2. If Teobaldo Pere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Chacho F.C were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Octavio Barros made the kick off in the second half. Cayetano Quinto got his second yellow card in the match during the 51st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Guanaco FC booed when Chacho F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Quinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teobaldo Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Guanaco FC's Florentino Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Qwinton in the 64th minute of play. Abel Erramu took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Astor Mouricio. Astor Mouricio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Marcelo Iaki made in the 70th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chacho F.C's Aquiles Gauargi. With 71 minutes on the clock, Salvador Faro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Chacho F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guanaco FC:s goal. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Guanaco FC. Cecilio Lawrence stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Astor Mouricio. 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Lohitzun in the 81st minute of play forced Chacho F.C's goalkeeper Astor Mouricio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Astor Mouricio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Arixo in the 83rd minute of play. Godofredo Lohitzun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Mouricio having to interfere. When Octavio Barros came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Chacho F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavio Barros couldn't finish the play. Guanaco FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
