The ball went over the crossbar instead. Federico Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Gomez in the 17th minute of play. Isaias Nerio charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaias Nerio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Altautina FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Isaias Nerio hit a great ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Hernan Laurin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Altautina FC's Urbano Iigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. La Scaloneta F.C's Hernan Laurin got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Urbano Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Laurin in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Asur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Manuel Asur tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Federico Marin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 53 minutes into the game, Eriberto Aguirre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Federico Marin. Eriberto Aguirre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. In the 56th match minute, Altautina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Abarca to maneuver through the defense. Horacio Gilesindo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Urbano Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Laurin in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Altautina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Laurin came free, but Urbano Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urbano Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Laurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Roman Polentzi hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Hernan Laurin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Altautina FC's Eriberto Aguirre got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eleuterio Oliveiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Urbano Iigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braulio Abarca kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Laurin in the 89th minute of play forced Altautina FC's goalkeeper Urbano Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of La Scaloneta F.C booed when Altautina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Gilesindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Altautina FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant La Scaloneta F.C side.
