The supporters of La Scaloneta F.C booed when Chacho F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Faro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hernan Laurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Chacho F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Laurin came free, but Astor Mouricio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Chabier in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th match minute, La Scaloneta F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Segio to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute of the match, Pedro Qwinton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Federico Marin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Chacho F.C's Octavio Barros got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Hernan Laurin, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 45 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Astor Mouricio was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernan Laurin in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Mouricio saved Chacho F.C from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Octavio Barros was the one to do the kick off. Federico Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Barros in the 54th minute of play. Danilo Segio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Astor Mouricio came out and tried to block the shot, but Danilo Segio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 56th minute. Astor Mouricio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Laurin in the 59th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Hernan Laurin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Astor Mouricio. That made the score 1-2 in the 64 minute of play. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Chacho F.C. Pedro Qwinton stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Federico Marin. 2-2. Pedro Qwinton charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Qwinton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Chacho F.C's Astor Mouricio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Laurin in the 76th minute of play. Federico Marin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Barros in the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of La Scaloneta F.C booed when Chacho F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Malvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Hernan Laurin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Astor Mouricio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hernan Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Mouricio having to interfere. Hernan Laurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Astor Mouricio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Laurin in the 95th minute of play. Hernan Laurin took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Astor Mouricio. Astor Mouricio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. La Scaloneta F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
