After having played for 3 minutes, Victoriano Dalmu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calafate AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Dalmu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Calafate AFC booed when Club atlético tronco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Dayam didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Aureliano Cuartio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victoriano Dalmu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jacinto Domenec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Calafate AFC's Saturnino Jerico in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Abelardo Jerrold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacinto Domenec came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Calafate AFC's Victoriano Dalmu. But to his dismay, Victoriano Dalmu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Julian Arnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Jerrold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victoriano Dalmu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Refugio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Calafate AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute, Igor Refugio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julian Arnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Jerrold, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Refugio in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Arnas saved Calafate AFC from getting behind. In the 58th minute Abelardo Jerrold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Arnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Hever kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Abelardo Jerrold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Refugio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Calafate AFC's zone, Abelardo Jerrold stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Arnas came out of the goal and Abelardo Jerrold tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd match minute, Club atlético tronco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club atlético tronco's goalkeeper Jacinto Domenec, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Refugio in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Arnas saved Calafate AFC from getting behind. Calafate AFC's Julian Arnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Jerrold in the 90th minute of play. If Abelardo Jerrold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Refugio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Arnas having to interfere.
