Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Higinio Millan got the match started through his kick off. Nicanor Astigar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Isaio having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Nicanor Astigar made a precise shot to the right of Mateo Isaio. Altamira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Los Buitres booed when Altamira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicanor Astigar in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateo Isaio saved Altamira from getting behind. Ramiro Piorno might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Isaio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramiro Piorno ran back to his position shaking his head. Fabian Pio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Astigar in the 43rd minute of play forced Altamira's goalkeeper Mateo Isaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
After a defensive mix-up in Altamira's zone, Fabian Pio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateo Isaio came out of the goal and Fabian Pio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramiro Piorno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Mateo Isaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Siro Sanchez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altamira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Buitres the free kick. Nicanor Astigar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Mateo Isaio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Nicanor Astigar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mateo Isaio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicanor Astigar in the 67th minute. Mateo Isaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Pio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd match minute, Altamira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Sotero to maneuver through the defense. When Los Buitres's Nicanor Astigar in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
