In the 9thth minute of the game Fulgencio Suarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galarza's Fabricio Petrigai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Fulgencio Suarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabricio Petrigai was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. But to his dismay, Fulgencio Suarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Fulgencio Suarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talleres de Cba's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Suarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabricio Petrigai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fulgencio Suarez in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabricio Petrigai saved Galarza from getting behind. Fabricio Petrigai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Leoiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Talleres de Cba's Fulgencio Suarez in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galarza's goalie prevented a goal. Fabricio Petrigai came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Talleres de Cba's Santiago Leoiar. But to his dismay, Santiago Leoiar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The Galarza players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Talleres de Cba were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Genaro Ishmael stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fulgencio Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Fabricio Petrigai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Eutropio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Ishmael in the 57th minute of play. Talleres de Cba made a substitution. Fidel Neron replaced Mauricio Pereyra. The supporters of Galarza booed when Talleres de Cba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Malvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabricio Petrigai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Suarez in the 65th minute of the match. Fulgencio Suarez did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Fabricio Petrigai 67 minutes into the match. Fulgencio Suarez in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabricio Petrigai, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fulgencio Suarez might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabricio Petrigai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fulgencio Suarez ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fulgencio Suarez in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabricio Petrigai saved Galarza from getting behind. After having played for 78 minutes, Pablo Eron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres de Cba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Eron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Fulgencio Suarez sped through Galarza's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabricio Petrigai. A collision led to Galarza getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Genaro Ishmael hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the game, Santiago Leoiar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talleres de Cba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galarza the free kick. Fabricio Petrigai was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fulgencio Suarez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 96 minute of play. Talleres de Cba's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
