Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) Seguí AFC's Jonatan Sesuldo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Genaro Ishmael's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaspar Atauri was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. Galarza's Tiburcio Prejun got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Genaro Ishmael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Atauri having to interfere. Genaro Ishmael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gaspar Atauri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mariano Bonifaco during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Galarza booed when Seguí AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Bonifaco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Jonatan Sesuldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seguí AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonatan Sesuldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabricio Petrigai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonatan Sesuldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabricio Petrigai having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Seguí AFC's Mariano Bonifaco got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Tiburcio Prejun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Galarza's Tiburcio Prejun got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gaudencio Erasto fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seguí AFC's protests and gave Gaudencio Erasto a yellow card for diving instead. If Genaro Ishmael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Ishmael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gaspar Atauri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 49th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galarza's goalkeeper Fabricio Petrigai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Genaro Ishmael to strike the kick off in the second half. Genaro Ishmael took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaspar Atauri. Gaspar Atauri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Victor Savion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Galarza's Freddy Loren got a free kick in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Jonatan Sesuldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabricio Petrigai was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Genaro Ishmael scored 2-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaspar Atauri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Galarza's Fabricio Petrigai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Sesuldo in the 77th minute of play. Victor Savion in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabricio Petrigai, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 97th minute, Victor Savion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Galarza fans cheered their team off the field, for while Seguí AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
