The crowd rose to their feet as Leoni AFC's Rigoberto Bartuelo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Albino Matteo. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Ledesma in the 17th minute of play forced Leoni AFC's goalkeeper Gavino Amaya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 played minutes MSG got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Isidor. Denis Maidana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Albino Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauro Goizeder struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Albino Matteo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leoni AFC. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Denis Maidana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leoni AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Maidana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albino Matteo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albino Matteo was a little too slow when Rigoberto Bartuelo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind MSG's goalkeeper Albino Matteo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rigoberto Bartuelo in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albino Matteo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. MSG's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Rigoberto Bartuelo scored to the left of an out of position Albino Matteo, making the score, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angel Ledesma to make the kick off. When Ariel Bibiano fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MSG's protests and gave Ariel Bibiano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute of the match Lorenzo Mikolas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albino Matteo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gavino Amaya came out of the goal and Lisandro Solustiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th match minute, Leoni AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Goizeder to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Leoni AFC's zone, Lisandro Solustiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Amaya came out of the goal and Lisandro Solustiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Leoni AFC booed when MSG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Herena didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafino Henrico during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 100 played minutes Leoni AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Gregory. Lisandro Solustiano took the ball and in the 102 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavino Amaya. Gavino Amaya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1.
