San Lorenzo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave elperrofunk the free kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teo Poz was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of elperrofunk booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Hanni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorino Herauso struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Romulo Gartxot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Lorenzo. Eustacio Belmiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Javier Sagrario made a huge save. The San Lorenzo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching elperrofunk's performance. The match ended with a win for elperrofunk.
