A collision led to 25 de Mayo Fc getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Rogelio Hechter hit a great ball. Clemente Bastiaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Americo Cordeiro's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After 13 played minutes Churqui got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Rubio. After 21 minutes, Arnoldo Poz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 25 de Mayo Fc and the Churqui players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Arnoldo Poz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roque Mitxel was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hermengildo Osmundo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 29th minute. Churqui's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Hermengildo Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes Americo Cordeiro rounded 25 de Mayo Fc's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. 43 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Osmundo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of 25 de Mayo Fc's Clemente Bastiaro. Clemente Bastiaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arnoldo Poz kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for 25 de Mayo Fc! Americo Cordeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Bastiaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Americo Cordeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute of the match Roque Mitxel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Bastiaro skillfully saved the ball. Teodoro Oliviero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Abelardo Claris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodoro Oliviero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teodoro Oliviero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Abelardo Claris made a huge save. Hermengildo Osmundo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Bastiaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. If Hermengildo Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 89th minute, Hermengildo Osmundo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Bastiaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Clemente Bastiaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Osmundo in the 93rd minute of the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Hermengildo Osmundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Churqui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Osmundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 100th minute, Teodoro Oliviero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Claris was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1.
