Romulo Godoy went to the wrong direction when Roque Mitxel was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Alfonso Montrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.S.L.A.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Montrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute Americo Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebio Rubio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Americo Cordeiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alfonso Montrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, C.A.S.L.A.F.C.'s Gilberto Maureo got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Leon Eguzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Americo Cordeiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Romulo Godoy, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gilberto Maureo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Americo Cordeiro in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romulo Godoy saved C.A.S.L.A.F.C. from getting behind. Leon Eguzki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Abelardo Claris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Churqui's Abelardo Claris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Eguzki in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Churqui booed when C.A.S.L.A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Aguilera didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Churqui getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Eusebio Rubio hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Leon Eguzki dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abelardo Claris, 1-1. Nemesio Etxatxu hit a great ball. 99 minutes into the match, C.A.S.L.A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Americo Cordeiro came free, but Romulo Godoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
