Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) 4 minutes into the game, Malvinas FC's Geronimo Fero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Oliviero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Malvinas FC booed when Los Pampeanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Costante didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Los Pampeanos got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Cordearo. 13 minutes into the match, Carolo Argina notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Los Pampeanos's Melquiades Oliviero. Melquiades Oliviero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Costante recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samuel Ramone. Lorenzo Costante showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carolo Argina in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Oliviero saved Los Pampeanos from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, Malvinas FC's goalkeeper Samuel Ramone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saturnino Juvenal. In the 27th minute Carolo Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Oliviero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melquiades Oliviero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carolo Argina went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Samuel Ramone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Costante, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half Malvinas FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Geronimo Fero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Melquiades Oliviero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Argina in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Melquiades Oliviero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Samuel Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Cordearo in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Saturnino Juvenal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Malvinas FC's Geronimo Fero managed to work through Los Pampeanos's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Geronimo Fero dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Samuel Ramone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Juvenal in the 74th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Geronimo Fero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malvinas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Geronimo Fero struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Melquiades Oliviero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malvinas FC. After a defensive mix-up in Los Pampeanos's zone, Carolo Argina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Oliviero came out of the goal and Carolo Argina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Los Pampeanos's Melquiades Oliviero got control of the ball when Geronimo Fero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carolo Argina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Oliviero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Carolo Arginas short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Melquiades Oliviero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match was over Malvinas FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Los Pampeanos throughout the match.
