Timoteo Orlondo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arturo Machado. Paulino Stanislao kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Agronomía FC's Amador Oliverios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Pudes in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Rolando Ereinotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agronomía FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolando Ereinotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Sportivo Doyle getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Amador Olayo hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Agronomía FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Dimas came free, but Amador Oliverios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rolando Ereinotz came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Agronomía FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Ereinotz couldn't finish the play. Lino Gaizkine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Orlondo having to interfere. Rolando Ereinotz scored 1-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Timoteo Orlondo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 29 minutes into the match, Agronomía FC's Rolando Ereinotz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Timoteo Orlondo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute of the match Arturo Machado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Timoteo Orlondo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rolando Ereinotz struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Timoteo Orlondo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agronomía FC. 36 minutes into the game, Pedro Pudes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Amador Oliverios was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lino Gaizkine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amador Oliverios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Grabiel in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Gaizkine to make the kick off. Sportivo Doyle's Timoteo Orlondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Ereinotz in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Sportivo Doyle's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Ereinotz came free, but Timoteo Orlondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Ereinotz scored 2-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Timoteo Orlondo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Lino Gaizkine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agronomía FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Gaizkine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timoteo Orlondo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the match, Sportivo Doyle's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Gaizkine came free, but Timoteo Orlondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lino Gaizkine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Agronomía FC's Amador Oliverios got control of the ball when Pedro Pudes tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Dimas in the 70th minute of play forced Agronomía FC's goalkeeper Amador Oliverios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lino Gaizkine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteban Madaleno hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Constantino Leobardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Timoteo Orlondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Gaizkine, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Paulino Stanislao hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Rolando Ereinotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sportivo Doyle players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Agronomía FC.
