Spectators: 7307 (Terracing: 5481, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lorenzo Costante started the match with the kick off. Ruben Cordearo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After 5 played minutes, damian F.C's Genaro Vargas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Melquiades Oliviero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in damian F.C reached it. When Lorenzo Costante, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 8 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Santiago Hernandez was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With his leg Santiago Hernandez managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Los Pampeanos's Lorenzo Costante fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Melquiades Oliviero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Edur in the 13th minute of play. Los Pampeanos's Saturnino Juvenal got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Siro Cordarell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Oliviero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Edur in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, damian F.C's Santiago Hernandez got control of the ball when Saturnino Juvenal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute, Federico Jerrold ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melquiades Oliviero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Melquiades Oliviero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Edur in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Siro Cordarell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lorenzo Costante was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Los Pampeanos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Saturnino Juvenal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Federico Jerrold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Melquiades Oliviero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godofredo Edur to make the kick off. Santiago Hernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Cordearo in the 54th minute of the match. After 57 minutes, Federico Lonzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the damian F.C and the Los Pampeanos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, damian F.C's Federico Lonzo got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Gogo Bembe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Santiago Hernandez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Godofredo Edur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruben Cordearo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Melquiades Oliviero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Edur in the 72nd minute of play. In the 76th minute, Saturnino Juvenal made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Hernandez. damian F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Godofredo Edur might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Oliviero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godofredo Edur ran back to his position shaking his head. 82 minutes into the match, Los Pampeanos's goalkeeper Melquiades Oliviero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godofredo Edur. Genaro Vargas's late challenge caught a Los Pampeanos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genaro Vargas helped the player get up and apologised. Gogo Bembe placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 92 played minutes Godofredo Edur rounded Los Pampeanos's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2.
