Agronomía FC's Amador Oliverios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Romildo in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match, Maximo Romildo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amador Oliverios saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Humberto Flor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agronomía FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Maximo Romildo scored to the left of an out of position Amador Oliverios, making the score, 1-0. After 32 minutes of play, Deportivo Martes's Humberto Flor made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amador Oliverios was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute, Humberto Flor made a precise shot to the right of Amador Oliverios. Agronomía FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Lino Gaizkine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Cordaro having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Maximo Romildo made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Rolando Ereinotz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agronomía FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Ereinotz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteve Cordaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Gaizkine in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteve Cordaro saved Deportivo Martes from getting behind. In the 84th minute, Rolando Ereinotz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolando Ereinotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Esteve Cordaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Agronomía FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Martes.
