Spectators: 7281 (Terracing: 5463, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Santos Frantzes took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Benjamin Bastiaro came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Xeneizes by Sergio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Bastiaro couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute Moises Roldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Marcial Cibran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manucho's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Cibran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Gonsalvo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Humberto Ganix made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Rolando Naelio sent off a good shot on target. Casimiro Gonsalvo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Frantzes in the 20th minute of the match. Humberto Ganix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Bastiaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rolando Naelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Naelio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Humberto Ganix made a huge save. 34 minutes into the match, Manucho's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Bastiaro came free, but Humberto Ganix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Rolando Naelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xeneizes by Sergio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolando Naelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justo Idacio during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Xeneizes by Sergio booed when Manucho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Idacio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Benjamin Bastiaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Benjamin Bastiaro made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Rolando Naelio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Humberto Ganix was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Benjamin Bastiaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolando Naelio took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Ganix. Humberto Ganix dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Santiago Mancio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Casimiro Gonsalvo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Manucho's Humberto Ganix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Bastiaro in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Rolando Naelio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Humberto Ganix was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Casimiro Gonsalvo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santiago Mancio in the 79th minute. Rolando Naelio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Bastiaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Rolando Naelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moises Roldan struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Casimiro Gonsalvo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manucho. After 93 played minutes Manucho got a freekick which was hit by Justo Idacio. Benjamin Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Ganix having to interfere.
