Jonas Donzel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 27th minute, Venancio Neron reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Teofilo Cesario. The goal made the score 1-1. Generoso Virila blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonas Donzel having to make a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Donzel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 63 minutes of play, SuperCampeones's Ciro Piearres made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Donzel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 68 played minutes SuperCampeones got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Guipuzkoa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Neron in the 79th minute of play forced SuperCampeones's goalkeeper Teofilo Cesario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Ciro Piearres could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Jonas Donzel however easily saved by the left post. Teofilo Cesario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Urdaspal, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Chiquito Reyes hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Wilfredo Guipuzkoa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonas Donzel. The goal made the score 1-4.
