An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Abechuco in the 4th minute of play forced Chivilcoy FC's goalkeeper Urbano Kauldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Eloy Benat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ildefonso Bidari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Fidel Abechuco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Urbano Kauldi. Chivilcoy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Abechuco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Marcelo Pereyra's late challenge caught a Ledesma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelo Pereyra helped the player get up and apologised. Marcelo Pereyra hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Ildefonso Bidari came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Ledesma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ildefonso Bidari couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Abechuco in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urbano Kauldi saved Chivilcoy FC from getting behind. Ildefonso Bidari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Kauldi having to interfere. When Ledesma's Fidel Abechuco in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chivilcoy FC's goalie prevented a goal. Fidel Abechuco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Feliberto Bastiaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chivilcoy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ledesma the free kick. Feliberto Bastiaro hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eloy Benat made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Chivilcoy FC's Feliberto Bastiaro got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Chivilcoy FC's zone, Fidel Abechuco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Kauldi came out of the goal and Fidel Abechuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ildefonso Bidari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eloy Benat struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Miguel Tonio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chivilcoy FC. The supporters of Chivilcoy FC booed when Ledesma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Arotza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Chivilcoy FC's Benedicto Gotzon tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 86 played minutes Ledesma got a freekick which was hit by Juan Abaunza. 91 minutes into the match, Ledesma's Fidel Abechuco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urbano Kauldi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ildefonso Bidari got free with Urbano Kauldi in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ildefonso Bidari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Urbano Kauldi made a huge save. The Chivilcoy FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ledesma were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
