The Ledesma fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Ledesma's Fidel Abechuco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fidel Abechuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Cristobal Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Club Matadores De Pilar's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Bidari came free, but Cristobal Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Segundo Naike made a precise shot to the right of Cristobal Duarte. Club Matadores De Pilar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Club Matadores De Pilar's zone, Fidel Abechuco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristobal Duarte came out of the goal and Fidel Abechuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristo Guillem during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 33 minutes into the game, one of Club Matadores De Pilar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 39 minutes into the match, Club Matadores De Pilar's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Bidari came free, but Cristobal Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristobal Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Bidari in the 41st minute of play. Fidel Abechuco struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Cristobal Duarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ledesma. Ildefonso Bidari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Duarte having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Fidel Abechuco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ledesma's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Abechuco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Duarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ildefonso Bidari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Ledesma were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Abechuco to make the kick off. If Fidel Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Cristobal Duarte successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 62nd minute Fidel Abechuco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ledesma's Ildefonso Bidari slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristobal Duarte. That made the score 0-4 after 63 minutes of play. In the 70th minute, Teofilo Manilan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Ildefonso Bidari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristobal Duarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Ildefonso Bidari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Duarte having to interfere. Cristobal Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Abechuco, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Americo Rameriz's late challenge caught a Ledesma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Americo Rameriz helped the player get up and apologised. Americo Rameriz kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The audience cheered loudly when Juan Abaunza's long shot in the 88th minute became 0-6 when the ball went to the left of and passed Cristobal Duarte. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Abechuco in the 94th minute of play forced Club Matadores De Pilar's goalkeeper Cristobal Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Fidel Abechuco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ledesma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Abechuco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fidel Abechuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Cristobal Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
