When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Christian Niguel put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Urbano Kauldi. The audience was convinced that Christian Niguel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Urbano Kauldi was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Chivilcoy FC defense, Angelo Hernando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbano Kauldi. The Chivilcoy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbano Kauldi should have stopped the shot. Urbano Kauldi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Niguel's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Feliberto Bastiaro kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Tiburcio Tibalt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Christian Niguel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Urbano Kauldi. Chivilcoy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian Niguel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 27th minute, Christian Niguel made a precise shot to the right of Urbano Kauldi. Chivilcoy FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 29th minute, Joaquin Ostots hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eloy Benat hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The Malvinas AFC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Malvinas AFC's Christian Niguel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Christian Niguel came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Malvinas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Niguel couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute of the match Astor Frascuelo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urbano Kauldi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Christian Niguel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Chivilcoy FC's Ramiro Romano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emiliano Calvino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. In the 45th minute, Angelo Hernando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 47 played minutes Chivilcoy FC got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Benat. After the first half Malvinas AFC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eloy Benat to make the kick off. Anacleto Patrido was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 51st minute. Malvinas AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Christian Niguel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Niguel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Urbano Kauldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Angelo Hernando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urbano Kauldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Niguel, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Eloy Benat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquin Ostots received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Urbano Kauldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Niguel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Astor Frascuelo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 74 minutes into the match, Christian Niguel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Urbano Kauldi, 1-6. Christian Niguel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anacleto Patrido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Urbano Kauldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Urbano Kauldi was a little too slow when Christian Niguel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-7. 83 minutes into the game, Joaquin Ostots lined in a short shot 1-8 behind a frustrated Urbano Kauldi. Urbano Kauldi was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Christian Niguel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christian Niguel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-9. 90 minutes into the match, Christian Niguel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Urbano Kauldi, 1-10. Christian Niguel struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Urbano Kauldi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malvinas AFC. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 1-11 when Christian Niguel sped through Chivilcoy FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Urbano Kauldi.
