In the 20th minute, Alfredo Gabrio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victoriano Bermudo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, Chalanta FC's Desiderio Natanael got a free kick in the 25th minute. Alfredo Gabrio didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 4-0 via right post in the game's 31st minute. La Beboneta's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 35 minutes into the match, Chalanta FC's Baldomero Tiso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Higinio Vachon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to La Beboneta getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Edgardo Belo hit a great ball. Ildefonso Paul blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Higinio Vachon having to make a save. Alfredo Gabrio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victoriano Bermudo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Victoriano Bermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Menendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Palban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Bermudo having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ildefonso Paul stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of La Beboneta booed when Chalanta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Paez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Gabrio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victoriano Bermudo was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. In the 58th minute, Eusebio Baumer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 67 minutes, Paulino Menendo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Beboneta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulino Menendo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victoriano Bermudo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Gabrio's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Alfredo Gabrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chalanta FC's Victoriano Bermudo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ramiro Ofelio kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Alfredo Gabrio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Beboneta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Alfredo Gabrio managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Beboneta's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Gabrio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victoriano Bermudo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. La Beboneta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
