The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Domingo Abeitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Cresitobalo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustacio Udalaitz in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aldo Cresitobalo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. San Patricio RC's Aldo Cresitobalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Udalaitz in the 11th minute of play. 24 minutes in the game, Domingo Abeitia dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 28th minute Domingo Abeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Cresitobalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erubiel Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 42nd minute Eustacio Udalaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Cresitobalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 minutes, Gogo Eleder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Patricio RC and the Los Pibes Magos players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Abeitia couldn't finish the play.

Severo Eriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Cefero in the 70th minute of play. Erubiel Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 82 minutes into the game, Astor Kusko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Pibes Magos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Patricio RC the free kick. Astor Kusko kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Los Pibes Magos's Severo Eriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Cefero in the 88th minute of play. Eustacio Udalaitz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Aldo Cresitobalo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 90 minutes, Elvio Rojelio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Patricio RC and the Los Pibes Magos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, San Patricio RC's Elvio Rojelio got a free kick in the 91st minute. Aldo Cresitobalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Kusko in the 96th minute of play. Gogo Eleder kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Eustacio Udalaitz took the ball and in the 99 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aldo Cresitobalo. Aldo Cresitobalo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When the match was over Los Pibes Magos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Patricio RC throughout the match.
