After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Saverio Lico managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Atila's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Lico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Cresitobalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustavo Calvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Cresitobalo having to interfere. Gogo Eleder kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Daniel Quico got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. AC Atila's Saverio Lico got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Quico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute Gustavo Calvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Cresitobalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Cresitobalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Calvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, San Patricio RC's Gogo Eleder got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Saverio Lico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Calvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Aldo Cresitobalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The wind increased when Saverio Lico made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Saverio Lico notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of San Patricio RC's Aldo Cresitobalo. Aldo Cresitobalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erubiel Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Gustavo Calvino made a precise shot to the right of Aldo Cresitobalo. San Patricio RC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Gogo Eleder charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gogo Eleder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Gogo Eleder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by San Patricio RC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Florencio Dalmu was slow to take the kick. During this time AC Atila's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Florencio Dalmu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but San Patricio RC's Aldo Cresitobalo did a great save. When Saverio Lico came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the AC Atila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saverio Lico couldn't finish the play. AC Atila's Hugo Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Cefero in the 92nd minute of play. A collision led to AC Atila getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Christian Perrando hit a great ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Daniel Quico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Patricio RC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Quico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over AC Atila could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Patricio RC throughout the match.
