The LUIFA ARTIME fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Bernebe in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baltasar Haimar saved Pio X from getting behind. Bartolo Urbes made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 14thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Justo Aureo would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When Carlos Bernebe came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the LUIFA ARTIME fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Bernebe couldn't finish the play. Baltasar Haimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Katia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justo Aureo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Oscar Rumaldo sent off a good shot on target. 22 minutes into the match, Florencio Salvatore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baltasar Haimar. Pio X's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Salvatore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Hipolito Katia might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baltasar Haimar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hipolito Katia ran back to his position shaking his head. After 32 minutes, Fernando Ekhi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LUIFA ARTIME and the Pio X players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 32 played minutes LUIFA ARTIME got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Ekhi. In the 34th minute, Pio X's Ciriaco Fix ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Justo Aureo. Justo Aureo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Americo Abel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baltasar Haimar having to make a save. Baltasar Haimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Bernebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 37 minutes of play, LUIFA ARTIME's Carlos Bernebe made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baltasar Haimar was left in no man's land by his defense there! A well-hit corner resulted in Eulalio Honrio heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Baltasar Haimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Bernebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltasar Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Salvatore in the 44th minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Florencio Salvatore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUIFA ARTIME's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Salvatore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Pio X players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. LUIFA ARTIME were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Carlos Bernebe made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Carlos Bernebe fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Baltasar Haimar, passed just outside the right post. 57 minutes into the game, Julian Dominguez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pio X's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LUIFA ARTIME the free kick. After 57 played minutes Pio X got a freekick which was hit by Julian Dominguez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolo Urbes in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Aureo saved LUIFA ARTIME from getting behind. Ciriaco Fix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Aureo having to interfere. Eulalio Honrio hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in LUIFA ARTIME's zone, Edgard Rainerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justo Aureo came out of the goal and Edgard Rainerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Bernebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Florencio Salvatore managed to get in a good position for a shot. LUIFA ARTIME's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Salvatore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltasar Haimar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Carlos Bernebe came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the LUIFA ARTIME fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Bernebe couldn't finish the play. Carlos Bernebe in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baltasar Haimar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
