Lázaro Ortzi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 36 minutes in the game, Tomás Venerando fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lázaro Ortzi having to interfere. Adan Iratxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Nogal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Venerando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázaro Ortzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Chasicó's Miguel Chesus got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Tomás Venerando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Lázaro Ortzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Adan Iratxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
