Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Erubiel Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Balasi having to interfere. Laureano Gorka kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Laureano Bastia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Soto's zone, Carolo Pepillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Gaueko came out of the goal and Carolo Pepillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquilino Gaueko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeledon Elazar's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After 23 minutes, Alejandro Nayely mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soto and the Marlboro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Soto's Alejandro Nayely got a free kick in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeledon Elazar in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Gaueko saved Soto from getting behind. Leonardo Dolfo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Jacinto Balasi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Evaristo Quilo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Erubiel Balasi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Marlboro FC's Jacinto Balasi. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laureano Bastia to make the kick off. Marlboro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Pepillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Carolo Pepillo fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marlboro FC's protests and gave Carolo Pepillo a yellow card for diving instead. Carolo Pepillo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
