Spectators: 6651 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Candido Maraman took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Union Kamikaze getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Melquiades Eguzki hit a great ball. Chelforó's Tomas Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Pio in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Santiago Cresencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute Silvio Cristos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Beliran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Chelforó defense, Agustin Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Beliran. The Chelforó fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Beliran should have stopped the shot. After 24 played minutes Chelforó got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Urtzi. Union Kamikaze's Silvio Cristos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chelforó. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Betadur during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Chelforó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Betadur to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Union Kamikaze getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Melquiades Eguzki hit a great ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Candido Maraman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelforó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Candido Maraman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emilio Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Maraman in the 35th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Candido Maraman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Matias Pio came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Union Kamikaze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Pio couldn't finish the play. Agustin Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Beliran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustin Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Emilio Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Maraman in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Pio in the 58th minute of play forced Chelforó's goalkeeper Tomas Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Placido Gotzon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelforó's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Gotzon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Urtats breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, David Heriberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Beliran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Garcia in the 72nd minute. During the 73rd minute of the match Melquiades Eguzki completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Melquiades Eguzki a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustin Garcia got free with Tomas Beliran in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matias Pio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Beliran having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Arnoldo Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustin Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Beliran having to interfere. Froilan Silviano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Beliran made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Agustin Garcia sent off a good shot on target. When David Heriberto came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Union Kamikaze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Heriberto couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chelforó's goalkeeper Tomas Beliran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
