CA Independiente's Raul Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Frisco in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, CA Independiente's Dante Leoiar got a free kick in the 7th minute. Albano Hurko hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. If Isidoro Tadzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidoro Tadzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Raul Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, CA Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Tadzio came free, but Raul Garaona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raul Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Oalo in the 17th minute of play. Venancio Poz charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Venancio Poz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19 played minutes CA Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Poz. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Isidoro Tadzio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barsa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Tadzio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Garaona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the game, Silvio Oalo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Raul Garaona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Isidoro Tadzio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raul Garaona was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Silvio Oalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Albano Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeledon Frisco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Garaona having to interfere. After 42 played minutes CA Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Demario. Raul Garaona stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Tadzio's shot from short distance in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dionisio Orkatz to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Dionisio Orkatz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Benito Guillelme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 60 minutes into the match, Barsa FC's Silvio Oalo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raul Garaona narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind CA Independiente's goalkeeper Raul Garaona, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raul Garaona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Tadzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Lisandro Gutierrez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barsa FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Independiente the free kick. In the 68th match minute, Barsa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. After 71 minutes of play, CA Independiente's Dionisio Orkatz made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Guillelme was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Barsa FC's Isidoro Tadzio got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 82 played minutes Barsa FC got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Gutierrez. Dionisio Orkatz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Benito Guillelme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Barsa FC booed when CA Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Urre didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 98 minutes, Silvio Oalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barsa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Oalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CA Independiente's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
