Orlando Bikendi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chelforó booed when Massao Arena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Arotza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rexy Barenz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Beliran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Arixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Horacio Urtzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chelforó's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Massao Arena the free kick. Horacio Urtzi kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Massao Arena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Arixo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Arotza in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Beliran saved Chelforó from getting behind. Teodosio Sergi struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Tomas Beliran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Massao Arena. Primitivo Ishmael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Beliran having to interfere. Santiago Cresencio kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Cristian Arotza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Beliran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Placido Gotzon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Elpidio Mannie made a huge save. In the 87th minute, Bruno Arixo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Arotza in the 88th minute of play forced Chelforó's goalkeeper Tomas Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Beliran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Arotza's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, Teodosio Sergi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Massao Arena's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
