Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Necolman's Gustavo Abadia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Mercurio in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauricio Sengrat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lino Mercurio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fabian Baudelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Gustavo Abadia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 minutes, Gustavo Abadia made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Diamante FC's Anibal Rosio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Gustavo Abadia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anibal Rosio was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Saturnino Rosario took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anibal Rosio. Anibal Rosio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 33 played minutes Necolman got a freekick which was hit by Raul Atarrabi. After 36 played minutes Necolman got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Iraitz. Mauricio Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Isias in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Baudelio got free with Mauricio Sengrat in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute Gustavo Abadia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Rosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Rosio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Rosario, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 43 minutes, Danilo Buinton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diamante FC and the Necolman players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anibal Rosio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Abadia in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Necolman were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Mercurio to make the kick off. Gustavo Abadia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Anibal Rosio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Necolman's Gustavo Abadia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anibal Rosio. That made the score 0-3 after 59 minutes of play. Mauricio Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Mercurio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Diamante FC's goalkeeper Anibal Rosio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saturnino Rosario. Gustavo Abadia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Anibal Rosio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Necolman's Gustavo Abadia in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lino Mercurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Sengrat having to interfere. Ambrosio Ibon kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After 80 minutes of play, Necolman's Saturnino Rosario made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anibal Rosio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabian Baudelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Sengrat having to interfere. Mauricio Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Mercurio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Atarrabi hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. When Lino Mercurio came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Diamante FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Mercurio couldn't finish the play. Fabian Baudelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Mauricio Sengrat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Necolman walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
