Arturo Reynardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Cordarrol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Martxelin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alberto Tibalt. Estrugamou's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alberto Tibalt was a little too slow when Paulino Pirro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. Paulino Pirro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudio Cordarrol made a kick off. Alberto Tibalt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filiberto Lico went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Claudio Cordarrol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 55 minutes, Rigoberto Berto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrugamou's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Berto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claudio Cordarrol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Arturo Reynardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Estrugamou's Alberto Tibalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Pirro in the 64th minute of play. Filiberto Lico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severiano Senio hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulino Pirro in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberto Tibalt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberto Tibalt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Pirro's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Ezequiel Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match.
