Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leon Duarte kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Lucila's Gerardo Goyo got control of the ball when Jorge Soter tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute, Leon Duarte fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Salvador Pueblo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 21 minutes, Jorge Soter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cordoba United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Soter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, Arnoldo Arnalt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cordoba United F.C.'s Horacio Bilintx couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lucila. Jorge Soter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Gerardo Goyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filomeno Chus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerardo Goyo made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Jorge Soter sent off a good shot on target. Filomeno Chus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Timoteo Irrintzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Cordoba United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Primeiro came free, but Timoteo Irrintzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filomeno Chus made a kick off. Edgard Primeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timoteo Irrintzi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgard Primeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th minute Filomeno Chus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Irrintzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lucila booed when Cordoba United F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Diagur didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Filomeno Chus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Soter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Goyo having to interfere. Edgard Primeiro kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 64thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Cordoba United F.C.'s keeper Timoteo Irrintzi was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 65th match minute, Lucila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Chus to maneuver through the defense. Cordoba United F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Horacio Bilintx in the 68th minute. Jorge Soter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Goyo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Duarte in the 73rd minute of play forced Lucila's goalkeeper Gerardo Goyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerardo Goyo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Duarte's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Elias Diagur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cordoba United F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lucila the free kick. Elias Diagur kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Timoteo Irrintzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Chus in the 84th minute of the match. Gerardo Goyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Soter in the 87th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelo Larra during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 played minutes Lucila got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Larra. In the 94th minute, Jorge Soter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerardo Goyo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lucila players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cordoba United F.C..
