Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nestor Acosta took the kick off in the first half of the match. Leon Gonza might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervasio Osmundo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Gonza ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Tomás Marko took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Patricio Satordi to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Jaunzuria got free with Patricio Satordi in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patricio Satordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Acosta in the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gingins FC's Jimeno Dalmau got a free kick in the 20th minute. Feliberto Chano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gervasio Osmundo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 31st minute Nestor Acosta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Satordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Tomás Marko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patricio Satordi. Sporting's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Marko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 40th minute Leon Gonza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Osmundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gervasio Osmundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leon Gonza went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leon Gonza made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Sporting got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Berto. In the 60th minute, Aquilino Evangelista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliberto Chano scored 2-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gervasio Osmundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Gingins FC booed when Sporting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Evangelista didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tomás Marko fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gingins FC's protests and gave Tomás Marko a yellow card for diving instead. Tomás Marko hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Patricio Satordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Jaunzuria in the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Nestor Acosta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patricio Satordi. Sporting's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nestor Acosta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. After a rather tough play, Sporting's Martin Casado got a free kick in the 86th minute. Patricio Satordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Sein, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Gervasio Osmundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Gonza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Mariano Jaunzuria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gingins FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Patricio Satordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Acosta in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Gingins FC were the better team. Gingins FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
