Victoriano Rodas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Fonda in the 28th minute of the match. Victoriano Rodas came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Battle Born FC's Jaime Barrionuevo. But to his dismay, Jaime Barrionuevo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Battle Born FC's zone, German Abad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natalio Diaz came out of the goal and German Abad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 minutes, Claudio Paz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chakales FC and the Battle Born FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After 54 played minutes Chakales FC got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Peruanton. 57 minutes into the match, Teofilo Fonda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victoriano Rodas, 1-3. Jaime Barrionuevo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Rodas having to interfere. In the 94th minute of the match Humberto Dubardo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victoriano Rodas skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Chakales FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Jaime Dabi hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Battle Born FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
